Students will be able to find out more about DNA in this fun practical hands-on science workshop where they will extract the DNA from a banana. They will also find out exactly what DNA is, how it makes us who we are and how scientists used DNA to identify King Richard III.

The workshop is most suited to KS2 students. The visit must be booked in advance and take place between 8th – 12th October 2018 to receive a free workshop. Workshop places are limited to 35 per session so larger groups may be split across two workshops.
