KRIII’s White Boar Café is awarded Quality Food & Drink Accolade

The King Richard III Visitor Centre is one of only nine attractions to be recognised in this year’s Visit England report for their outstanding food and drink offer.

As you can imagine we are so very proud of the KRIII’s White Boar Café team, they prepare delicious food fresh at the point of order, they have a fantastic drinks menu and their ‘soup of the day’ is a favourite amongst the visitors and staff, and the freshly baked scones they make each day should be award winning, oh, and now they are!

Reflect on the incredible story of a King’s rediscovery in the old school refectory (fully air-conditioned) or enjoy our hospitality alfresco in one of the loveliest courtyards in the city (open all year, weather dependent) a genuine hidden oasis in the centre of the attraction surrounded by the history and horticulture of the Grey Friars and the Victorian grandeur of Alderman Newton’s School building.
