The King Richard III Visitor Centre is open from 10am every day, all year, except Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year’s Day, and for twelve days in January for annual maintenance.
Monday to Friday and Sunday
10am until 4pm
Saturday & Bank Holidays
10am until 5pm
Visit Leicester Tourist Information and the King Richard III Visitor Centre Shop are free of admission charge but you will require a ticket to visit the exhibition and the White Boar Café.
It is recommended but not necessary to buy your King Richard III Visitor Centre tickets in advance, however booking in advanced is better value than paying on the day.
Last entry to the King Richard III Visitor Centre is 90 minutes before closing.
KRIII’s White Boar Café closes approximately an hour before the King Richard III Visitor Centre.
The King Richard III Visitor Centre and Visit Leicester Tourist Information Centre are closed for twelve days in January each year for maintenance, from Monday including one weekend through to the following Friday, check News for this year’s dates.
